So here we are....come to the end of another interesting high season. Yes high believe it or not! While the market has been blown wide open a few years ago, things have finally settled down and end users are looking for their product. Many investors were worried when the speculation would leave and it's finally happened. What is really interesting is the availability of affordable housing and resort get aways. Now granted affordable is always a realative term!
