Camryn’s Crossing is a wonderful subdivision nestled back into the Lynn Haven Florida section of Panama City. This neighborhood features homes primarily finished with a brick exterior. Most of these homes are bricked completely around the home. That does price them a little higher than only a front or front and side..but it does make a pretty nice look.
Avondale Estates is a nice little Seaside type community located just on the boarder of Callaway and Panama City. Homes in this neighborhood were built by the same builder and have a great flow. It’s the feeling of a master planned community without all of the expense! These homes are well priced with almost all being under $200k.
Cherokee Heights is another subdivision with the brick look. It’s just a few minutes north of the mall on Highway 231. The access to town and to Tyndall Air force Base makes Cherokee Heights an excellent opportunity for almost anyone looking for a home under 300k.
Forest Park is located in the center of Panama City Florida and this real estate opportunity really stands out. It’s an older community but this presents some great opportunities for fixer upper homes and well maintained long term residence.
If you are looking for a master planned community with a pool, but don’t like the feel of a gated community, The Hammocks are for you! This neighborhood has a good blend of everything. There is stucco, brick, hardy plank…you name it, it’s here. Plus the subdivision is divided on two sides by the center road offering a separation between the town home side of The Hammocks and the single family home side. The prices range from the mid $400’s to just north of $200k.
Ahh and the over $1M range can be found in lovely King’s Point. This area has consistently been a great investment. If you like being near the center of everything, Kings Point is for you. This wonderful neighborhood in Panama City Florida offers a bit of everything and the views from some of these homes of the open water are amazing!
If newer is more in line with what you are looking for, Mowat Highlands is the place to look. Mowat Highlands is located in the Lynn Haven section of Panama City and there are some really beautiful homes that no finishing touches were left out! They also range from the mid $400s to the higher $200s.
The area of Northshore brings a lot of attention to the Panama City Florida Real Estate market. This area is nestled back into a quaint area of town that is just secluded enough to let you get away, but at the same time put you right in the heart of your basic needs of shopping and school districts.
Now…The Woods is one of the most interesting neighborhoods in Panama City Florida. It’s located right off of 23rd Street and the neighborhood hardly ever has anything for sale…when it does, watch out….they won’t be on the market long. Everyone just loves this location of Panama City Florida.
